Something doesn’t feel right?
To report harassment, unsafe behavior or inappropriate content, email hi@swapii.app with the relevant account name, a description and screenshots if appropriate. You can also block someone in the app. We review reports and may restrict accounts or remove content that violates our terms.
For a clothing handoff or return issue, first confirm the agreed arrangement with the other person. Swapii does not provide insurance or guarantee item returns.
Your account and data
For help accessing your account, correcting information, getting a copy of your data or requesting deletion, contact hi@swapii.app. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you.
